Returns

Purchases can be exchanged for another item if they are returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date (return is at the cost of the buyer).  The exchange item must be the same value or higher.  If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase then unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange your purchase must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

We do not offer refunds unless the items is found to be faulty on receipt of delivery.  Faulty items must be returned to us for assessment within 7 days of the delivery date  If it is determined to be a design or manufacture fault then we will endeavour to repair the item or offer a refund.  

Ring Sizes

The customer's choice of ring size at the time of order is the customer's responsibility.
